- Guaranteeing the quality of products isn’t compromised when merchandise leaves the warehouse facility
- Monitoring product integrity during the entire transportation process to the final delivery destination
- Implementing quality assurance protocols at every stage of the order fulfillment cycle
Receiving & Inventory Verification Procedures
- Receiving products delivered in boxes and shipments from various courier services and vendor partners
- Carefully unboxing merchandise and performing thorough count verification
- Ensuring models, versions, and SKUs are exact matches to invoices and packing slips
- Documenting any discrepancies in inventory management software systems immediately
Facility Maintenance & Organization Standards
- Performing regular cleaning and warehouse maintenance work on assigned areas
- Ensuring all warehouse zones remain tidy, organized, and fully functional at all times
- Maintaining compliance with workplace safety regulations and OSHA standards
- Ensuring timely and proper completion of all warehouse processes according to established guidelines
